Fireline Systems

Electronics cleaning

Fireline systems is the result of an extensive research and development project that included contributions from several progressive restoration companies, educational associations, as well as equipment manufactrures and chemical engineers.

The fireline system was designed to be versatile and fully adjustable. Cleaning procedures can be easily modified to accommodate all categories of content items with various residue types. It also has indirect cleaning capabilities which allows it to be safe for delicates and antiques. Or can be dialed up for more difficult cleaning applications.

This system works on the same bases as an assembly line. First you contents are brought to our facility then are unwrapped put into baskets and color tagged with that box to insure you contents are put back into there proper boxes at the end of the process. Once the contents are placed in the baskets they are placed into our pre-wash tank to remove all the loose soils from there they are moved to the ultrasonic tank where the remainder of the soils are removed. Once all the soils are removed your contents are then moved you our rinse and detail station where the contents are rinsed off and inspected to insure the cleaning is complete. After the inspection the contents are ran through the tunnel dryer. The final step is rewrapping and packing of your contents and placed into there proper boxes to be returned to you home.

Electronics Cleaning

With the use of de-ionized water combined with specialized detergents has revolutionized electronics cleaning and restoration in many ways. Rapid and thorough cleaning of most electronics with economical solutions is now possible. Even heavily contaminated electronics can be successfully restored to "pre-loss" or like new condition using this technology.

These features have allowed lower value electronics that previously would have been thrown away, to be successfully restored. Another important feature of this process is that it is operator and environmentally safe. Basically, it is detergent and water, with no hazardous solvents to contend with.

Our staff has been trained in all aspects of the cleaning service and have learned the proper procedures to follow and the safety precautions to not only clean your electronics, but to protect them during the cleaning process. Our trained are able to clean almost all electronics.

WHY CLEAN ELECTRONICS?

The object of electronic component cleaning is to sustain the equipment's original performance characteristics as long as possible. Particulate contamination is often the biggest contributing factor to premature electronic component failure.

Common airborne contaminants are constantly being deposited on the interior of electronic equipment. These contaminants may consist of "dust" or may include metallic compounds, chemicals, or film forming materials unique to a commercial enviroment. The installation of cooling fans on electrical equipment and presence of electromagnetic fields greatly increase the potential and the amount of internal contamination. Which may cause overheating and premature component failure.

Additional benefits of electronic component cleaning:

Preformance problems are easier to diagnose in clean equipment. Circuit tracing is easier and components are easier to identify when pad numbers and color-coding are easily visible.
