Not all fire damage is the same; Our fire damage services team will identify the different fires with different types of smoke. Wet smoke comes from low, smoldering fires and creates sticky residues that are difficult to clean. Dry smoke is from very hot, fast-burning fires. Protein smoke is hard to spot, but it discolors paint and leaves a bad odor. Other damage is caused by fuel oil and extinguisher residue.
Our process beings with identifying the type and extent of the fire damage. Once we’ve determined the type of smoke, our All Care team will pre-test the damaged area of the property to decide what can be restored and what will need to be replaced. After we’ve done that, we’ll start with the restoration.

Even after just a few days, items can go from cleanable to unsalvageable. A determination for the scope of work will be made with you, All Care and your insurance company. We can clean and restore your smoke and fire damage either in your home or at our state of the art facility in Roca just outside of Lincoln, NE.
When we come to evaluate your fire damage, we will advise you if we need to remove your items to our climate controlled facility near Lincoln. Should we have to remove your personal property, we will perform a digital inventory, expertly pack everything, and give you a copy of the inventory when we are finished. Some items, such as clothing, drapes and bedding must be removed for proper deodorization.

Once the packing is complete, we will have your contents transported to our secure, climate controlled Lincoln area facility. There they will be cleaned, deodorized, and stored until all structural repairs are complete.
When contents need to be packed-out to our All Care facility, we will complete a digital inventory of contents and place small items into our boxes, protecting fragile items with paper or bubble wrap.
Once the inventory is complete you will receive a copy of our digital inventory. Once the packing is complete we will have your contents transported to our secure, climate controlled facility. There these items will be cleaned, deodorized, and stored until structure repairs are complete.
We have state-of-the-art electronics cleaning capabilities. We will evaluate that they are operational after the fire, and then we will clean and deodorize each item and check each item again for operation.
We also offer an added service for specialty items such as musical instruments, fine art, and furniture refinishing or upholstering.

In fire damage situations the particles of incomplete combustion (soot) are acidic in nature and cause highly destructive corrosion. During a fire, some plastics, particularly PVC (poly vinyl chloride), release combustion by-products known as chlorides, when combined with airborne moisture form highly corrosive hydrochloric (muriatic) acid. Fireline system
The fireline system was designed after extensive research and development by several progressive restoration companies, educational associations, chemical engineers and equipment manufacturers. The system operates like an assembly line for cleaning smoke and fire damage. Your items are placed in baskets and dipped into our pre-wash tank to remove loose soils; the items are then moved to an ultrasonic tank to remove any additional soil and soot. All items are then hand rinsed and inspected to ensure a proper cleaning. We use a tunnel dryer to complete the process. Your valuables are then rewrapped and packed for storage at our Lincoln area facility or for delivery to your home.
